PCS specializes in customized task specific PDMSTM training. There are no class minimums. Course content, duration and scheduling can be customized to whatever our clients require.

PCS will make recommendations on course content, duration, and schedule. Our experience has proven the effectiveness of breaking the training up into basic and advanced courses with consulting days in between allow users to digest the information, find questions and get immediate answers.  However, final decision is up to the client.

Using your company's real project for the training ensures that the users become familiar with the way they need to use the software, and the work procedures they need to follow.  Our custom training material can later be used as detailed work procedures and guidelines.

 

Lead and administration users can learn the work processes to follow and start taking over their respective responsibilities immediately.  This "handing off" gradually reduces the amount of consulting required.
